The Center for Catholic Education & Formation and the Office for Catholic Social Justice Ministry of the Archdiocese of Hartford will sponsor a joint conference on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at the Omni New Haven at Yale. The theme, Dreaming Together: Forming Disciples for Faith and Justice takes its name from “Let us Dream” by Pope Francis, who encourages us to dream of a better future. The conference will include educational and practical pieces on faith formation topics such as lifelong formation, parent involvement, social justice issues, and Catholic social teaching. Attendees will gain skills in integrating social ministry and Catholic social teaching into classroom, parish, and family life.

This conference will include a keynote address, break-out sessions, exhibits, and banquet style lunch. Simultaneous translation will be available for the keynote and limited number of workshops will be offered in Spanish. Dreaming Together, Forming Disciples for Faith and Justice

Are you a catechist? A Faith Formation Leader? Interested in putting your faith into action? This conference is for you!  Join the Social Justice and Faith Formation offices of the Archdiocese of Hartford for an inspiring and practical conference. Father James Martin, SJ will offer the keynote address “Grounding Your Ministry in Prayer” on Saturday, September 17, at the Omni New Haven. The conference will also include three break-out sessions with a choice of 24 workshops, banquet style lunch, and exhibits. Archdiocesan Conference

The theme, Dreaming Together: Forming Disciples for Faith and Justice takes its name form “Let us Dream” by Pope Francis, who encourages us to dream of a better future. The conference is an opportunity to meet and learn from others across the archdiocese and beyond. Join us for prayer, music, exhibits and workshops. Simultaneous translation will be available for the keynote and a limited number of workshops will be offered in Spanish. Únete a las oficinas de Justicia Social y Formación en la Fe de la Arquidiócesis de Hartford para una conferencia inspiradora y práctica. El Padre James Martin, SJ ofrecerá el discurso de apertura "Apoya tu ministerio en la oración" el sábado 17 de septiembre en el Omni New Haven.
